According to Tyler, they are a company that takes pride in being “nimble,” and they want to maintain their level of quality without compromise. “We have the experience and the capability to dive in and out of any industry, whether it’s residential or commercial,” Tyler explains. “We’re able to adapt to the needs of the market. So we’ve always got somewhere to go, and we’re always busy. Right now we’re busier than we’ve ever been.” “That being said, we don’t want to grow beyond our means,” he concludes. “We don’t have any interest in doing 30 houses per year and having a staff of 50 people. That’s not to slam anyone that is doing that, but it’s not us. We want to offer a really personal service, and we want to build people’s dream homes – and those don’t come along every single day.”
