– someone who is not just after the cheapest bid, as that’s unlikely to be Sonnarc Homes. “We’re very quick to say that we’re not going to be the cheapest builder in town,” Tyler says. “We pride ourselves on that. We know we can’t offer the level of quality that we want to offer at the lowest price.” That’s not to say that Sonnarc Homes only works on projects with extravagant budgets, however. Tyler explains that if a client approaches the company with a $25,000 bathroom remodel, their answer isn’t automatically ‘No.’ “With any customer, we’d say, ‘let’s talk,’” Tyler says. ‘“Let’s find out what your goals are. Let’s find out what you’re looking to do with this space, how you want it finished.’ If it’s going to fit within our portfolio – and if we think we’re the right fit for the clients – we’ll consider it.” Along the same lines, Sonnarc Homes doesn’t want to build bigger and more expensive products just for the sake of it, or just to make money. In some cases, they’ll even advocate for the client to spend lessmoney, if it means their finished product will better suit their lifestyle. “We’re always an advocate for our client’s best interests,” Tyler says. “Not just now, but in the long term.” “Again, we try to figure out what their goals are,” he adds. “Where are they going to be in a few years?
