“We guide our projects from start to finish,” Eric says. “We’re there every step of the way. We work with the designers and architects, we manage the trades, and we make sure the process is smooth and seamless. If there’s a problem, we identify it ahead of time and we provide solutions.” “We’re very solution-oriented,” adds Matthew, operations lead and partner. “And we place a premium on communication. If you talk to any of our past clients, I think they’d tell you that there was a constant flow of communication right from day one. Clients are always in the loop and up to speed.” Both Eric and Matt started their careers in music before transitioning to construction. Eric, for his part, was a professional classical musician and spent time playing with the National Ballet of Canada. Matthew, meanwhile, earned a Master’s degree in classical music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and then spent about a decade in that city and industry. At the same time, both Eric and Matt have also decades of experience in real estate and building. While playing for the National Ballet, Eric cut his teeth in the industry flipping houses, and Matt worked with him as a labourer before leaving for San Francisco.
