JULY 2021 A recent example of Cascadia Green’s ability to balance ecological, economic, and social goals within the same project would be their ‘INNOVA’ project in North Vancouver, where they expect to break ground in the near future. Located in the heart of the dynamically evolving Moodyville neighborhood, on 1.3 acre site on the corner of East 3rd Street and St Davids Avenue, that project is a mixed-use development featuring a range of housing options supported by commercial and office units. It includes 168 residential strata suites, and comprises three buildings on one site, with artisan-scale businesses on along the laneway.
