AUGUST 2021 people who want a company to grow with, and they want Cardan Road Cleaners to be that company. Every year they grow larger and add new trucks to their fleet, so there is a lot of opportunity for new employees to take advantage of. Cardan Road Cleaners has even grown this year, despite the pandemic. They have picked up a couple new municipality jobs and they have been able to add a couple of brand new street sweepers to their fleet. Their goal is to add a couple more for the coming season. In the longer-term, Cardan Group believes the sky is the limit. In the coming years, they hope to double or triple the trucks they have in their fleet. Eventually, they want to move into a larger office and employ a staff of dispatchers. Their vision is to expand their service area, potentially even beyond the borders of Ontario – and potentially even nationally. “Years down the road, it would be exciting if Cardan Group was operating all across Canada,” Kendra says. “I think we have the foundation we need to eventually get there.”
