In addition, the company will do follow-up calls with customers. They make it a point to talk to them personally and make sure they are happy with the service and happy with the operator. There rarely are issues, however, because Cardan’s employees are so well-trained. Every new hire is paired with a senior operator, and they are extensively trained and evaluated before they are allowed togoout by themselves. Historically, that approach has worked out for the company, as evidenced by their history of repeat work. According to Kendra, almost every customer they work with today is a repeat one. That would not happen if they were not meeting or exceeding expectations.
