Eagleview Construction, for one, is the most process-driven builder in Kitchener-Waterloo. Co-owner and President Iain Kent has a background in business and project management, and from the inception of the company he made sure to craft and implement very rigorous systems to ensure superior quality on every job. Iain talked to us about that history, the processes that made it possible, and his vision for the future. Maple City Homes, meanwhile, is building subdivisions at a pace and volume that Chatham-Kent has never seen before. Their company is a collaboration between five local partners – all established and trusted business leaders in the community, with the complete range of financing, building, and development experience between them. We spoke with Robb Nelson, founding partner and president. He talked about how the company came together only three years ago, how they achieved such quick success, and how they are addressing the affordable housing crisis in the region.
