They order products available only to distributors, and connect clients with the leading designer brands. “In a regular design office, you just don’t have all that readily available,” Danisha says. “Here, we have everything under one roof. We have every price point, low, medium, and high. We have all the interior design products the client can possibly need. That’s very advantageous for them. It means they don’t have to go to 10 different plac- es.” In addition, Design District Ac- cess only offers quality. Their product range may be wide and varied, but Danisha and her team are still very selective. “We’ll only work with the best,” she says. “We don’t take risks. New manufacturers have to have a pretty great roster in order for us to take them on. We’re very particular about who we bring in as suppliers.” The same goes for the compa- ny’s distributors, Danisha adds. “Again, we only work with the best. We make sure they are reputable, they have good ser- vice, they have good warran- ties, and they’ll take care of us – therefore, we can take care of our clients.” And Design District Access does take care of their clients. That’s proven by their history of glow- ing testimonials and repeat business. In fact, Danisha says she still regularly works with, and gets referrals from, some of the very first clients she start- ed with when she first opened. “A lot of that has to do with the care and attention to detail we provide,” she says. ‘It’s also about treating each client as an individual, and thinking outside the box. I think clients appreci- ate that.” “I refuse to apply the same product to the same applica- tion twice,” she elaborates. “If I put a certain light fixture over your dining table, I won’t put it over someone else’s.
