Rocpal also enjoys longstanding relationships internally. Though they remain a small company, with roughly 20 to 25 people, many of their employees have been with the company for over a decade. Dawn herself is one of the com- pany’s newer employees, hav- ing started work in December last year. In her limited time there, however, she has already come to see why people tend to stick around. “This company has a beautiful, family-oriented, positive atmo- sphere,” she says. “It doesn’t feel like a big corporation at all. There’s a level of care here you don’t find in a lot of places. There’s a learning and teaching culture here. You’re never afraid to ask questions.
