To date, one of Designated De- velopments’ largest projects has been a subdivision in Bear Mountain, on the fifth hole of the Nicklaus-designed golf course called The Riviera. For that project, Draycor Construc- tion completed the civil works, and Designated Developments constructed five custom homes for clients, and two custom homes on spec. Eight lots were also sold, either to preferred builders, or to buyers who would go on to use one of their preferred builders. The success of that develop- ment, Jeremy says, is a testa- ment to Designated Develop- ments’ capabilities, the strength of their partnership of Draycor Construction, and the trust they have quickly built in the market.
