THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA Over the course of their histo- ry, Magnificent Homes has had the opportunity to build in sev- eral of London’s up-and-coming master-planned communities. Early on, for example, they de- livered a number of freehold condos in Victoria on the River – all of which were complete- ly sold out within one week of advertising, and then complete- ly constructed within fifteen months. The majority of those customers have then generat- ed referrals for the company, or have come back to build with them again on second or invest- ment homes. Later on, Magnificent Homes returned to Victoria on the Riv- er and built another 28 homes – which, again, were all sold before the first shovel even en- tered the ground. They have also since built another 30 homes in the nearby Victoria Flats. Always growing
