Paradise Chief Administrative Of- ficer Rodney Cumby credits growth in Paradise to industrial advances affiliated with the oil and gas industry, as well as constraints to growth in other communi- ties which has basically forced expansion into Paradise. The community has capi- talized on increasing residential construc- tion, and Cumby notes that much of that housing is made home by young families.
