They say it really helps them out.” Clients also appreciate Park Lane’s after-sales service and continuous support. According to Cathy, handing over the keys is not the end of a relationship, “it’s actually the beginning.” “We’re there for our customers long-term,” she says. “We’re there for as long as the customer needs us. We follow up. We make sure everything is okay.
